my buddy gave me a SC2 friend demo code for 7 free hours of gameplay. that should be plenty of time for me to figure out if I want to buy it...

Diablo 3 will be either very good or very bad. I herd something about Blizzard toning down on the violence/horror/gore level (lower than Diablo 2's) during the development of D3...so that a younger audience can play it. I hope that doesn't ruin the game since one of my favorite aspects of Diablo 2 was how scary some of the levels looked (even though I was like 14 at the time XD)

Come to think of it, Blizzard is going to prob double its money within the next two years with the realease of SC2, SC2's expansions, Cataclysm and Diablo 3. O_o

*looks at the cost of all 3 world of warcraft games/expansions (including the one comming out in November).....then looks back at SC2* yeahhhh...don't get your hopes up. Blizzard is out to rob you of both your life and money. Although, if it's JUST 29 more missions per expansion, then I can see the greed-train that is Blizzard, being merciful. In that case, it would be about $25 tops

Starcraft II will be released in 3-4 segments, yes, each one representing one of the races. That said, each campaign is long enough to be its own game. I hope the "sequels" will be cheaper if you already own the first game.

Activision is the drizzled shits and I'm giong to hate Blizzard just as much. I'm too lazy to research but I hear SC 2 is going only be a Terran campaign?
